FS is a used T3 ITB adapter for a small port 4age head. This is the T3 V.1 that flows better because it perfectly matches angle of the intake port. Great working order. Each runner has a vacuum barb fitting already. 1st is for reference. The 2nd pic is the actual item. THIS IS JUST THE ADAPTER.
