I have one of these too but if I had to sell, I wouldn't sell for $250 since most people won't pay for that much used. New might be a possibility of getting near asking price.

Rather buy a white one, buy gold foil of whatever they use to wrap them cars, and add adhesive and BAM! Solve...LOL

I don't think they sell these new anymore, and trying to find any NOS would probably be out of the question as well. You could use gold foil, but unfortunately, it won't be the same color, and it'll still be just a white emblem with non-matching gold foil.
Some want authentic, others want put-together POS. To each their own.
