I do want those power EB mirrors for my AE86! If you're down to sell them or use them as trade value, this will be easy. You can drop them off at my friend's place in Everett WA or drop them off with Ray or Yoshi at Garage Autohero in Woodinville - whichever is easier for you. How much do you want for them?
The ECU I have is the final model (newest model) of Apex'i PowerFC. The ECU includes the wiring harness, all instructions, and even the FC Commander. I don't know exactly what you need off the top of my head, but you need a MAP sensor for sure. I have a diagram that shows everything you need. I'll try to send it to you if you send me your info.
