That's the thing. You will need an adapter plate like the one T3 sells. Then you'll need a standalone ECU and tuning to make it run right. It's expensive to make it work on a 16v and is exactly the reason why I'm selling it. I would love to do it but just can't afford it.

when doing the ITB swap i would look into another adaptor than the T3. I used it on my swap and was told by T3 that using ae111 throttle bodies is ok with minor grinding. i spent 2 hours per port cutting sanding and grinding.

That's because you used the Blacktop ITB's. T3 designed the adapter plate to work for Silvertop ITB's.

Any wiggle room on the Ramair filter price? I would like to buy from a fellow member, but can get them from the UK new for £29.99 or roughly $47 plus shipping. Id be willing to pay the going rate on the filters, and what shipping would cost internationally and a convenience fee for your time and effort.

I did not realize that those filters were that much cheaper. I was just going off of what I was told from the guy I bought this set up from. Sorry about that.

PM me the link to those filters and we'll talk from there.

They can still be had new, and they also sell on other uk sites other than eBay, but I'm willing to take them off your hands so I don't have to wait for international shipping etc. lets make a deal. Whoever sold them to you and said they're jdm doesn't know ramair. They're hella uk :p

I do have a question about the filter that is pictured on top. It appears to have chunks missing from the corner and top portion. Is this the case? Or is it a picture illusion?

There are no chunks missing. Like I said they are brand new.

I planned on using a LiNK/Vi-Pec standalone ECU but decided that I'm just gonna do a minor built high compression instead racecar build lol. I'll get to that later...

Although none of that really matters anymore. The whole package has been sold to the original seller! :D

Nope. Sold the whole package. Sorry about that! :( At least you can always get them new, although shipping from the UK may take a while.
