The last few parts left over from my AE86 days. All parts are located in SGV So-Cal area. There are two prices listed, one is local pick up, and the other is the price shipped to the lower 48 states.

AE86 T50 GTS Transmission: Upshifting is smooth, however downshifting from 3rd to 2nd, you have to push towards first slightly and pull down into second. No biggy. $300 (shipping is extra)

TRD Short shifter. True JDM version, where the shifter is position at rest slightly towards the right (RHD AE86).
