And another manifold sold, #2(left) is going down to Cally...

I was somewhat amazed at the interest of the new TRD crank.

Image

To all the people who contacted me about the NEW TRD crank.. There are a few more available

Price is still $2000.

Any advantage on running a TRD crank for a nearly stock bluetop?

My thing is with the cranks, they may be damaged but you have them laying on their sides, not on a rack, or straight up and down. Coll pieces, but basically just cool artwork now

VERY useable in anything BUT an Atlantic type installation, where the oil pan is part of the cars frame

In the mean time.... the manifolds are disappearing :) 5 gone.

To re-cap what is currently still available...
There is still one newer style Atlantic cover left - $600, there is also the TRD center cover - $175 (NEW PRICE!), there are the TRD injection system - $1000, and still plenty of dry sump pans.... (odd I thought these would have sold quickly)

Well.... not quite Toyota..... BUT... how about a proper rotating (reverse for Honda that is) Honda "B"............

Image

This is a B16 that has been completely modified to run OPPOSITE of all Honda B engines so it could be used in an Atlantic car :o :o :o It is equipped with a full dry sump system.

This is no longer VTEC, but it does rev to 10k rpm, and plants 240hp

price as of now is $10,000 but they will entertain offers!!!

How was that accomplished? Intake cams become exhaust cams and vice-versa? How about the oiling system?

I'm curious because I had asked a forum once about whether they thought it was possible to reverse-rotation a Honda B or D series. Basically it was a "no," or at least, not cheap or worthwhile.

The reverse has been done for quite a while now. Popular in the UK in red rally cars.
Very good price !!

Note the belt path.... that is part of it... see how the belt runs the water pump in the correct direction even though the belt is now running the opposite way?

cams are all custom, and there isn't a conventional oil pump, it has a belt driven dry sump system just like an Atlantic 4AGE... the rest is just typical stuff... the engine just rotates the other way so you if you are a TRUE Honda "B" fan... buy this engine and mount a Honda "B" in a longitudinal fashion (maybe in your Corolla  )

Intake manifolds 3 and 4, what size are the carb side ports? My TRD copy manifolds is massive compared to my carbs. I am going to make some tapered phenolic spacers, but the transitions is still pretty steep.

manifolds #3 and #4 are excess ported (experimental), I only sell this with the understanding that they are NOT likely useable. Think of them as engineering artwork.

Further update: The last Atlantic cover sold, the TRD coil cover with it. Also the last billet front cover sold as well.

I will have a few new things to post up soon, I'm also still working on getting those cams.
