14in rewinds w/ tires $300

I have a set of 14in rewinds for sale. Includes 90-95% tire life falkens. Stripped Paint but planning on repainting them gunmetal again. will include caps. Need these gone. Very firmed on price $300. question, will they be painted at time of sale, or are they being sold with stripped paint?
