Those 9s wouldnt fit any 4x114 oldschool japanese car. And theres one reason... too high offset

For 2" lips on a 9. Thats roughly +50 offset. 13X9+50

Heres the math..

Offset is calculated by taking the middle point of the wheel and measuring how far away the mounting point is .

9" Wide.
Center is at 4.5"

Now we know the size of the lips are 2" and the face is .5"

4.5" Minus 2.5" gives you 2"

That 2" away is the distance away from the center.

2" Translates to roughly 50mm.

Since the face is on the outer side ofthe wheel, thats positive 50.

I was thinking the same thing, though considering these are 3pc, I'm sure someone clever enough could find new barrels, also an even sweeter plan, would be to flip the lips to opposite side, making them basically 13x9 with huuugggee barrels, and using an angled valvesst inside the wheel. Anyone done that with 3 peice wheels?

yeah you could do that actually. but theyd stick out ALOT on even a CBY flared car..

13x9-50.. thats same as
13x9.5-43
13x10-37
13x10.5-30
13x11-24

to make these fit well, without flipping barrels or anything, new lips and barrels would be needed.

dam where did u get the positive 50 from.. if that was the case they wouldnt fit on my car.. before spacers i measured it somewhere around -45for the rear and -20 for the front.. i dont remember too well as its been a while.. the back of them are basically flat

Negative? if it was negative, the mounting point of the face would have to be passed the middle point of the wheel(closer to the inside).. these are positive offset.

FWD cars come oem with high positive offset.. up in the 40s most of the time. If you put like any negative offset on a fwd car, youll have hellla poke. even on a 7"

here is 15x9-15.. way deeper than these wheels.

you have positive offset sir
