I measure 6.5", and 6.75" inner to inner.
By my math that gives +19mm and +22mm respectively.

They were all sand blasted, then powder coated "gold nugget". I began polishing the spoke faces but never finished. One still hasn't been touched at all. My plan was to strip the powder back off the lips and bring them back to a polish (they were not blasted)

Included are new rubber seals (cut to length), button head allen hardware/washers/locknuts as well as all the original hardware including the original washers, and flush mount valve stems.
