OMG this is PERFECT!!! - its been a REALLy long time since someone offered these plates..

if people are running after market gauges, mite as well use this and ditch the old rott gauge cluster.

do these fit inside the stock housing? and clip in perfectly? it looks like its shaped perfectly for it to just snap in.. all the user needs is to just cut out the shape of their gauges / cluster. Can still retain the stock housing..

is that also DRY carbon!?

NOT BAD~!

ronny -
yes, these fit inside the stock housing and snaps right in. these panels are hand layed and then compressed. the panels offered are in a semi gloss finish - the panel pictured with the defi gauges is a matte finish, i can have these panels available in a matte finish for an extra charge.

carbd7age -
sounds good.

eightysixer23 -
im located in orange county, ca - im usually in the anaheim, orange and tustin area.

vuh wrote:hi guys,

i just wanted to give you all a brief introduction... i work for a carbon fiber composite manufacturing company producing parts for lamborghini, ferrari, audi, porsche, etc. my good friend introduced me to the corolla and ive been slowly building my project car. as i build my corolla and make parts for the car i will introduce them to the corolla community so that there are more parts / options for you guys. we use high quality raw materials (carbon, gel coat, resin, epoxy, etc.) and everything is made in-house in orange county, ca. i am only doing this afterhours on my free time.

for those running aftermarket gauges / cluster (defi, trd, stack, aim, s2000, etc.) ive made a blank 2x2 twill carbon fiber panel so that you can cut out whatever shape you need to accommodate your aftermarket setup.

im offering these for $85 shipped or $80 picked up.

The seller recommend using a hole saw/drill for circular holes, and a drill, jig saw, dremel, etc. for other shapes. Sand edges after cutting/drilling. Obviously use common sense when cutting/drilling to not damage the panel.

So far I've done a rectangular cutout for the stock fuel gauge using a dremel with standard small cutoff wheels (I broke a few in the process). It cut through the panel like butter, but a lot of patience and a steady hand is needed since it's all done by hand.
