No tools to delete entire thread?

Trying to clean up some spams, and I'm not seeing any option to delete an ENTIRE THREAD anymore. Am I missing this, or do we really have to individually delete each post when folks start replying to the spam?

Red look at the bottom of thread on the right it says "quick mod tools" the select accordingly
