I like how 2 of the 4 "bads" youve listed about your car are such simple fixes that you have not done lol. If I were an interested buyer (was but noy so much anymore), it would just seem the car has not been takin vare of or is probably poorly maintained if youd rather not take the time to fix simple bulbs rather than let it go and list it as a bad haha.
