Swap is clean and super reliable it's my daily driver never have problems. Wiring is all nice and tucked no ghetto splicing. Only run synthetic fluids, coolant lines are ran really nicely no huge relocation kit. Car is a blast to drive and will get you anywhere. Starts up everytime. Turn key car

I put on brand new coilovers, powered by Max panhard, t3 nrca. It just had a strut an spring combo before

Yeah it's completely legal, tags up to date, registration in my name, even have the smog paper

Thanks man! Really appreciate it. I'm definitely in no hurry to sell but if someone comes with the cash I'll let her go. The 86 market is a tough market, I think people are pretty picky on what they buy which is fine just makes it harder to sell. We should definitely go on a cruise or something haha I need some 86 buddies

It's a jdm engine. I didn't know the 20v came in the mr2 in the US.

I'm still worried about smog, in 2 years, I'll need to smog, but how do you pass the visual smog inspection in CA with a 20v? Do you know any under-the-table people?

20v were never available in the U.S.
It's a JDM engine making it only legal in CA if you know someone that will overlook the visual part of the smog test.

Sorry bro, I can't buy, I talked to my parents about it, they don't trust the 20v for passing smog checks in the future,
