SoCal: (FS/FT) 1990 Nissan 300ZX

Hi guys I have my Z32 up for sale or trade. I am really interested in getting an AE86. Ive always loved AE86's even since I was a young kid and I have been really wanting one now; so I present to you guys my 300ZX slicktop. Ive had the car for a year now and I have been caring for her very well. I always wash her at least once a week and I only fill her up at Chevron 
Registration is good until Feb. 2014/ This is one of the rarer models, only around 2500 slicktops were sold in the US. I really want to trade for an AE86 (has to have a twincam; but I dont care if it is a swapped SR5 or an original GTS) or for $3800 so I can buy a AE86
Pros:
-Hardtop
-Custom exhaust with 2.5" piping (Sounds great)
-HKS Intake Filter
-Polished intake runners
-Gripforce 6 puck racing clutch
-Short Shifter
-Clean title
-Passed smog
-Currently registered
-Kept up on maintenance
-Recently did a timing service on the car, shes all good
Cons: (20 year old car, cant be perfect lol)
-Needs some bodywork
-Interior is a little worn (No cracked dash though)
- No A.C. ( may fix though in the near future)

Custodian at my school drives that beautiful 86^^
So $3800 or preferably a trade for an AE86 with a 4AGE. I am willing to meet up for a trade, I am located in La Quinta, CA (Palm Springs area).
