I'm guessing that will have to be a junkyard part, and because of the way it threads all around, you'll have to go to a u-pull yard and spend some time getting to it.
OTOH "bell crank" cables or whatever you call them, are all fairly standard. You can usually order them by the foot from various sources (boat throttle cables, bicycle brake cables, etc.) and trim the sheath and cable to the length you need. Much simpler if you have the old cable to measure from.
If all else fails, you might want to put in an electric latch release (aftermarket or from another model) and skip the cable.
