WTB: sr5 hardlines

Looking to buy sr5 clutch master and slave hardlines with the bolts. I know I can bend my own but I would rather get them oem. Thanks

Can anyone at least tell me how to bend them? Will autozone or some where else be able to do it? What do i need to do?
