WTB Ae86 Stock Top Hats/ Front Spring mount plate

Looking for ae86 front top spring mount plate or stock top hats like the picture below.

I have the oem ae86 upper spring perches as shown in your picture. I also have the oem top hats (part that bolts to strut tower). Do you need both?

no just would need whats in the picture that actually holds the spring down before placing the strut mount on top
