WTB: OEM stock front seatbelts (whole assy.)

I want to buy the whole oem front seatbelts assembly for 1984-1987 corolla.
My seatbelt will not lock when it is pulled really hard (basically won't hold me back in my seat in case of accident).

I'm looking for the following: (refer to the diagram below)
73220 Belt Assy - Front Seat Outer LH Black, Black
73240 Belt Assy - Front Seat Inner LH Black, Black


I prefer black, but I will accept blue.
