I have a lightened 212mm flywheel that has been balanced. It weights 13 pounds which is the same as blacktop. I also have a used 212mm clutch setup i will throw in for free.

I have four 212mm flywheels setups (all in used condition):
A) Blacktop Flywheel + Exedy clutch disc & pressure plate
B) Blacktop Flywheel + OEM clutch disc & pressure plate
C) Redtop Flywheel + Centerforce Dual Friction clutch disc & pressure plate
D) Redtop Flywheel only
