WTB AE86 GTS Hatchback

Hey guys. I don't post a whole lot but I follow this page quite a bit. I have been seeing amazing cars all around and I want one of my own.
I live in Montreal, Qc in Canada. I am looking to buy an AE86 GTS hatchback. I'm a bit peculiar about my picks as I do want AC and a sunroof...
Y'know, Montreal summers. My budget lies around 5500$.
I don't know what exactly I can get for that price. I may be able to go a bit higher. I've seen a few for sale or people announcing cars for sale; some of which I messaged to no gain.
