WTB Smallport Manifold for Carbies

I have a Smallport head and twin 40mm Mikuni DCOE Carburetors, and I am in need of a Manifold to connect the two. Something like this...

I currently have a 40mm to bigport manifold with all the linkages if someone is willing to trade or buy. Located in Portland OR
