WTB: Diagnostic Connector IG- Cover (Picture Enclosed)

I'm looking for the small cover for the IG- port on the diagnostic connector.
See the picture below (stolen from jondee86 - thanks!)
I could just cover it up with a rubber plug, but an original one would work better for me.
