WTB - Silvertop ECU

Hello fellas,
I am looking for an ECU for my Silvertop engine, I have found few on ebay outside USA.
the original was replaced once few years ago, with the following 89661-12770, I cannot remember what was the original part number. but this last one seems to worked just fine. I am replacing the harness as it seems that the problem is in the harness burning out the ECU's.
Just wanted to ask if some one knows the difference between the 89661-12770 and 89661-12771.
Or If anyone have one laying around, and would like to sell it to me please let me know, I rather purchase it from someone in this forum inside USA than somebody overseas, unless is my only option.
