hey guys i need to know if a mr2 wiring harness will work in my AE please reply! theres a mr2 at the local wreckin yard

Save you money just get a gts harness

Can it work? Yes. How good are you at reading wiring diagrams/soldering?

If its your only option, go nuts. But itd be far easier to just buy a proper gts body/engine harness and use that. The wires will be the correct length to run where they need to. If youve got the knowledge/skills to use an aw11 harness, you might as well just get the proper connectors and make your own harness.
