Importing parts and customs

My Corolla needs wheels, and I stumbled across Croooober. Felt like a kid in a candy store until I started thinking about customs and duty taxes. Not sure how all of that works, but a tariff calculator told me that I wouldn't pay customs on a $133 set of used 14" wheels. Shipping would be around $300. Does that sound right to anyone with importing experience? I've read that goods valued below $200 are duty free, but I have no idea if that's always the case or if there are hidden costs.

Would appreciate any suggestions. It feels like it's too good to be true and a possible hassle. Trying to figure out if it's better to just buy a set in the US.
