A reminder to people that you can't trust anything sold on Ebay. Except no name products and obvious knockoffs.

The only reason I know this is a knockoff is because Brian Crower doesn't currently and has never made a cam for the 4AGE.
But other parts you find on ebay are just as likely to be knockoffs especially if they come from Asia. Just because they don't is no guarantee though.
You might pay a couple dollars more going through verified distributor networks but you know what you are getting and you have someone to talk to if you have issues with it.

Here is the sellers store. All the rest of these products, Toda, HKS, Buddy Club. It's all probably counterfeit.

More info on just how common this is.

I don't understand why does brands doesn't take action to Ebay. Those folks are already on there for long selling (probably) low quality pieces under a strong brand name.

They do when they can. Some businesses more than others.
I actually reported this to ebay and then emailed my guy at Brian Crower and he had already seen yesterday and was going to take action today.
With these cams it's easy because they don't make this part so any BC 4A cam you find is a counterfeit.
The problem is that with stuff they do make there is really no way for them to know. BC does make cams for the 3SGTE. Any or all of these parts could be counterfeit but who takes the time to go through all of the listings? Even then how do you confirm it's fake or not? http://www.ebay.com/sch/i.html?_from=R4 ... e&_sacat=0

You could say that you have to be a verified reseller of their products and then they could just go after anyone who isn't but that could also cut into their revenue.
