I pried the handle off a 32" Craftsman pry bar and pressed a threaded insert inside. That is actually size, it's 8" tall, since the TRD shifter is a smidge too short.

I pulled out my e brake handle, I'm going to get another pry bar handle to match the shifter. It'll be smaller though, just around 5-6" long, not 8" like the beast shifter.
