We will put a board up and it'll have the time listed at our booth where you can view the car in person.
We need to see what time things are going to wrap up for we would like to do it towards the end, Maybe something like noon,A tad bit earlier/later possibly.

See you may 4th at TORC show in long beach/ queen mary.

I'll get a ticket Friday. It will be a weird conversation trying to explain to my wife why I need to take a few days to fly to California and drive home an illegal car if I win lol.

And one last question, are you going to cap this off at 200 to make the odds better for those who purchase early? sounds like fun.

Well a open raffle should never be capped off, Its equal for all to play
People are buying more then 1 ticket to increase there chances, You are welcome to do the same.

Errr, isn't this illegal in California? I thought raffles could only be for charity under California gambling laws?

Already got the okay by them.
Proceeds go to Yamagin Corp

Not a street legal car
Its a OffRoad use vehicle.

This becomes exempt.

It doesn't matter if it is a car, or a set of wheels or a box of bolts. It is illegal to raffle off tangible goods, unless the proceeds go to a charity. Each raffle has to be registered.

Is Yamagin corp a charity? Who does it benefit?

Sorry, I'm sure you didn't mean to do anything illegal, but this is 100% illegal. The law clearly states that raffles are only for charity and can not be advertised or taken through the Internet. It also states that a raffle can't cross state lines. These laws protect people from scams. You are putting yourself and possibly club4ag at legal risk.
