^You might be surprised. I ordered some bulk 4 mm plastic vacuum caps from a Hong Kong seller through ebay not long ago and it only took week to arrive. That was with the free economy shipping.

Its all up to the seller. I have purchased things within the US on amazon and ebay which took much longer than expected.
