I think I'll be going with the wife and kids. Just debating on which ride to take. What kind of Supra does your buddy have?

I will be going in the ae86, but I will be meeting some people at the starbucks just south of the museum before they open so we can all go in at the same time. They should have a handful of mkIII supras showing up, but im the only corolla in the bunch so far. His is this 668 RWHP beast:

It was some shop in Vegas that held the dyno challenge this year at Supras Invae Vegas (SIV) a few months ago.

I know a few of us dudes from the 909 area are planning to caravan there. Which Starbucks are you meeting at? It would be cool to roll in heavy and make an impression

There's a Starbucks a block south of the museum on fair fax. The guys that arranged that place will meet there at 8-8:15 and roll into the parking structure shortly thereafter. The event starts at 9 but parking will probably start at 8, so better to be early to get good spots.

Here is what was solidified with the supra guys I was talking to. Im not coming from that direction so I wont be joining them until they arrive at Starbucks:

A group of us will be meeting at City of Industry's Krispy Kreme at 645 am. From there, we will meet other guys at 815 am at Starbucks: 6066 West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. Finally, we'll roll into Petersen together.


A: Krispy Kreme Doughnuts, 1548 S Azusa Ave, City of Industry, CA. Meet at 645 am. Leave at 715 am.

B: Starbucks 6066 West Olympic Boulevard, Los Angeles, CA. Meet 815 am. Leave at 830 am.

C: Petersen Automotive Museum, 6060 Wilshire Blvd, Los Angeles, CA. Need to be there before 9 am.

Krispy Creme off the 60FWY sounds doable. Will meet you all there. How many people meeting at krispy kreme?

It sounds to be about 6-8 there. Again, this is not my caravan, its a handful of MKIII Supras and possibly a few other cars. I will be meeting these guys at the Starbucks in my Corolla and possibly rolling in with a friend (mattjk) in his Lotus.

You too man. It was running rough that morning due to the cooler temps, but when I left around 1, she ran perfectly fine all the way home. But nice to get the car out amongst you guys who really know its history. I usually just take her out on weekends up Chevy Chase or around the Rose Bowl area when time permits. I try and keep her clean but also driven.
