Story:
Got this almost stock GTS in San Diego. Body was a bit rough and suspension was horrible. Engine however was great and very responsive. Decided to buy it and bring it home as my new project since I have been kicking myself for selling the old corolla
. So Drove the car from San Diego all the way to chino hills on a cold cali night. Heard some weird rattling sound near the back end.... Was just crossing my fingers that I would be able to get home and hopefully this LSD was still in tact. Got home a took pictures of her. An this is how she looked like:
I know I know... I should have taken more pictures... but what the hell.. It was an eye sore.....
So first thing first... Needed to get suspension done... Changed out to Coilovers, changed upper and lower control arms ( since I found out it was bent ), ball joints, bushings, pan rod, sway bar, basically everything underneath. It took a while but everything got done. So after all these changes, I forgot one little thing, stupid throttle cable was bad and only had one string hanging on. Luckily my friend and neighbor 2Kwic2c had an extra one and hooked it up. Thanks ED !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Now it was time to show off my car.... After scrummaging around in the garage I found my old front bra I never used. Decided to put it on and luckily at the time, I could show off the crappy car with the BRA at 86Fest.

It was a great event. I was happy my car didnt have any problems.
The next day I decided to go back to the Epsilon wheels.. So decided to look for new wheels. It took me about 2 months to find the right wheels.... Finally found them and bought it the same day.
So the event was long gone and I finally decided to focus on my interior and exterior. Sourced out Seats, seat belts, trim and everything else for the car since it was basically gutted. Came up on mint seats. And decided to put it away till another day.

Finally on February 2013 I was about to give up... I was getting to old and felt tired. I decided to post it on the for sale thread and got good feedback. Problem was, I was hesitant to really sell it since I kicked my self for selling the other one. So what I did was install the wheels to see if would change my mind

it made feel a bit better but it was still on the fence. The next week I got a call from a serious buyer saying he really wanted to buy it. So I decided to put on the interior so it would show better.....

Once I put the interior back on, I had a change of heart. Finally at the moment I decided to keep her and finish her.
Fast forward to today -
Here is what the car looked like in the shop:

Here it is with 90% done

All I need to do now is the carpet, headliner and the 3S swap. Crossing my fingers it wont take too long.... =)
