TE27

Postby 1.8te27 » Tue Aug 06, 2013 2:07 am

Hello everyone I am new to this forum but not Corollas. I was on 3tcgarage.com for awhile before it crashed recently and now I cant seem to get a new account going for whatever reason. I've owned this car for about 3 years now and like every other car its had its moments but there are many good memories. I got my first Corolla for free, it was a 72 TE27 but too far gone. After having roughly 20 of these cars for parts and a few I thought I would keep ranging from years 71-83 I found a keeper. I have this same thread posted on JNC but for same reason they have a photo size limit and mine are all too big so I said screw it.

I want to get a front lip for my TE27 but the problem is that I am not willing to drill into the front valance for installation, any ideas?

I had to search for awhile to get a 73 valance and ended up having to buy a parts car to get one. My dad had it re-done for me as a birthday present so I would like to run something I can install or remove when I want to.

Here is a pic of my car..

Here is the refinished valance installed.

That's all for now.

Hi
I'm having the same problem on the 3tc garage site, still haven't confirmed me to activate my account on there. Your Mango is gorgeous and I hope to build one up like this when I get my hands on "the one" to do some work. Keep up the good work and build this baby up :D Btw are your fender flares metal or Fiberglass?

My car is a 1974 SR5 but I bought the valance and bumpers so it looks like a 1973 model. The flares are original metal.

Not much going on here other than driving it until snow hits the ground.
