Ratting noise .. HELP!

Hey club4ag!

Ive been an owner of an 86 corolla for about 4 months now, nd i just ran into my first problem.

I have a 84 4ac powered,all stock. It's been running smoothly until this morning. When im in idle i cant hear the rattling. But when i go into first gear ,second gear and so forth there's alot of rattling some where in the engine bay.. I'm guessing the problem has to do something with my transmission? Because when i'm rolling but step on my clutch,the sound dissapears. When it rattles i can also feel a rattle in the clutch pedal aswell. Another thing i noticed is that when im on the gas in 4th nd 5th theres no rattle until i let off the gas pedal..

Has anyone run into this problem before? Please let me know if yall could help me out. Thanks! Although im not mechanically inclined yet.. I am very willing to learn.

sounds like throw out bearing... maybe. rev clutch out, rattle. rev clutch in, no rattle.
