I am very close to finishing my swap, do I have to swap the front half of the driveShsft to the gts front or can I just use a whole gts driveShaft? And is there a different starter?

Different starter from what? The auto starter is slightly different from the manual one. If you have an old broken manual one laying around you can swap the solenoids but other then that, better to buy a manual one. As far as I know gts and sr5 starters are the same, someone can correct me if im wrong.
Are you using a GTS or SR5 transmission? If you are using a gts one you can swap the front half or use the whole one, whichever you like I believe. If you are using an sr5 transmission you will need an sr5 manual driveshaft or atleast the front half of one. sr5 and gts driveshafts are not interchangeable.
