where should the fuel pressure be for a normal 4age?

I have a fuel pressure gauge and I am just trying to see if it is in a good range.

I have not driven the car in a few months and the car takes a long crank to start and it is a new starter.

FSM says between 33 -38 psi (226 - 265 kPa)
