hello I wanted to find out if the ae86 tran crossmember will fit a 1983 ae71 chasis? I am in the middle of swapping a ka24de into the ae71 and wanted to know if I can use ae86 swap kit for it

there are differences.... BUT you can find a trans cross member from any manual equipped 1980-83 E7 and you can make it fit.


When I installed the 6 speed in my AE71, I designed my own trans cross member, and had a shop make it up for me...
