So I was taking the spark plugs out
And poof the whole thread came with the spark plug
But I feel inside the spark plug hole and there's thread in there
It's like there's a sleeve
How can I fix this

sounds like they used a time-sert. much like a helicoil but better.
they probably didn't put loc-tite on the threads to the cyl head.
just bring they spark plug to a good auto parts store and ask for a time-sert kit.
