hi guys I want to make sure if I can use Dexron III ATF from Toyota as power steering fluid in the ae86?

I noticed that the PS fluid is running a bit low so I guess it's time to fill it up.........

Yes, Dexron III / Dexron/Mercon / ATF Type DM is the correct fluid for the power steering.
