Hey club4ag it's been a while,
I've been having an issue with my parking lights. the OUTER 2 parking lights on the tail lamp don't come on when switched on but light up when I hit the brakes. inner parking lights turn on fine.
turn signals work, dash lights work, fuses look good.
does anyone know what i need to do to fix this?

It might have the wrong type of light bulbs. It needs to have a dual filament bulb rather than a single. Trip to your local auto parts store will fix that.
