does anyone know what the parts in the red circles are and what their partnumbers are?

Part numbers are 53351-12020 and 53352-12020 but appear to be discontinued.
Check with your Toyota dealer to be sure. Otherwise your best bet would be to try
and grab them from a junkyard or from someone who is parting out a car.
