Speedometer inaccuracy

What's up C4AG?
I recently did a W58 swap into my blacktop Corolla and the speedo is way off, 25% approximately, ie traveling 75mph when the speedo says 100mph. So prior to the W58 I removed the gauge cluster and dialed it back as much as it would go which made the T50 perfectly accurate as the speedo was reading high when I got the car. Since the speedo cable plugs into the T50 and W58 the same, I tried swapping the drive gears on them, but unfortunately they are very different.
So my question is, is there any known W series speedo drive gear with a different ratio or tooth count that would remedy this?
Or any other possible solutions?
Thanks!
