oil cap and shift knob identification (Vintage)

Picked up this cool triangle teq style oil cap, and an interesting shift knob. Anyone know what these originally came off of?

My buddy has that cap on his 1967 Corona with a 3rc engine. I'm not 100% positive but I believe they were nicknamed "onigiri "oil caps because they resemble rice balls

Don't have info on it but I have that same shift knob!
ended up paying for a custom adapter to fit the 86
