Question on Greddy Trust rear springs

Postby yabaiani » Wed Jan 01, 2020 6:48 am

Hi everyone. Hope everyone had a happy new year.

I didn’t have the manual to install my new front and rear coilovers for my corolla, but installed them hopefully ok. I did have a question about the rears though...

(https://www.driftshop.com/greddy-pmd-co ... -ae86.html)

Do you see how the spring sits on the car and then the purple thing goes on top? Well when I removed what was there, there was this plastic rubber thing that was on top of the old springs like a cap thing and I just installed that too. Was that ok? Or should it be removed and just the purple/black thing should be touching the frame of the car?

Any help would be appreciated. Thanks!

They are probably just the spring insulators and if so you will get a quieter ride with them fitted!
This is what they look like: https://www.ebay.co.uk/i/171269420074?c ... gKPmfD_BwE
