IACV

Recently I been getting erratic idle just bouncing revs at stop light.

I believe it maybe the IACV

IS there a how to on how to replace?

i read through that but I guess more basic as in how do i remove it the best way?

Do I need to mark anything ? will it mess up timing?

the IACV has nothing to do with timing. Just remove the 5 bolts and inspect it. You can try boiling it in water to see if it functions normally.
