Head build
Whats everyone using for valves springs retsiners etc. like brand names i currently have a jdm redtop large port
Re: Head build
It depends on what cam's you will be running to be honest.
No need to run the Formula Atlantic dual TRD valve springs with stock cams.
With stock cams I'd just run the OEM springs or are you raising the rev limit as well?
Most common brands are HKS, Toda & TRD. I see more and more supertech parts as well but I don't know the quality of them.

then spend $5000-$7500 and get Loynings, or Hasselgren to build it for you.....
in most cases(90% of all 4AG engines) very little in the way of cylinder head parts are needed to make a lot more power then stock.
For example... I'm making about 170hp(145 @ the wheels), I have a mild cam("264 type"), and simple uprated single valve springs. The valves, and guides are all stock units, they have had a professional go over them and improve their operation, but most of the head parts are OEM.
PS - rev all day at 10k... means you are also going to need a $5000 dry sump system, as well as around $8000 to $10,000 for the engine internals
