that's key imo. Shock kills most... like torque meets traction, launches. Stock 4AG can break a T50 if you're dumb enough
Good to see the T50 'selects' fine, at rpm and with a hefty torque increase(over stock). Fluid maybe ?
Gearbox upgrades significantly heavier. Cool to see the puny T50 live behind such a high strung street car build. Corolla veteran

Trans oil/fluid? I found an oil, Ford offering, that has additives to reduce friction and EP additives that do a fantastic job, maybe too good. Check with your Ford dealer.

Reducing gear endplay keeps more face contact with the gears. Straight gears tend to be better as well. Reducing endplay also helps with engagement extending synchro life.

Is it deep red by any chance?

be careful of what you put in any gearbox, as it may cause damage. I'd search recommendation specifically for the T50

My Ford escort GT 5 speed fluid was dark red.... yep, auto transmission fluid, from the oem manual
Some Buick GN turbo folks run John Deer tractor hydraulic fluid in their beefed up autos
