Front seat backboards interchangeable?

Does anyone here know if the driver side and passenger side front seat backboards (P/N: 71705-12010-01 and 71706-12010-01) are interchangeable?

Assuming above diagram is from Non U.S. model but,I think it is interchangeable BUT, hole for side support dial will be opposite. Good luck! :P
