Hey whats up guys.
So im in the process of finishing up a gts conversion. Never been started before. Engine is completly rebuilt with 0 miles.
Using stock zenki gts harness's and ecu. Before i could get to start the car i noticed there was a fuel leak so i unplugged the bettery. Fixed the leak now the pump isnt getting any power. I added 12v to pump and it worked..
Unpinned the fuel pump wire from the circuit open relay and pump turns on. So its nt the harness or the pump.
Im am lost in what to do anymore. Ive checked all the fuses all good.
All that happends is the circuit open relay just clicks. Tryed a differnt relay from another running 86 and nothin just clicks. Anyone got any tips or idea on what the problem is or how to find it?

try opening the flap on the afm and see if the pump gets voltage.

I just tryed that :/ nothin just same clicking.
Could it be i lost power to the engine harness? Cause it be a weak signal?

try to jump the circuit open relay to see if it comes on. jump the side with 2 wires. if it comes on its the COR. did you check all the fuses? can you check the main relay?

How exactly do u jump the cor?
Ive added power to the wire that goes to cor the blue with white strip and the fuel pump turned on.
Ive changed all the relays from spares i know are good. All the fuses are good.
Umm ive tryed 2 differnt cor's and they just click but will work fine in other cars

If the engine was getting fuel before you unplugged the battery that means your harness is fine. So either when you disconnected the battery to work on something, you might have disconnected something else. I would start off double checking the following:

All grounds
- the 4 brown wire ground on the intake manifold by the fuel rail
- the fuse box ground
- the ground from the cylinder head
- Continuity of the brown ground wires on the AFM plug
- Test the EFI relay in the fuse box (supply -/+ to coil while checking continuity of the switch)
- check fuses
- check for any open or pinched wires
- all electrical connectors

For the circuit open relay:

The fuel pump is controlled by a switch. The switch has 12v present at one side. When you open the AFM, it should close the other switch inside the AFM. This will complete the AFM circuit and excite the COR coil. This will the close the switch to the fuel pump. Thus supplying your fuel pump with +12v.

If this doesnt end up solving your problem. I would then test the continuity of the wires on the COR plug. Test the STA, B, FP, FC, and E1 wires.

Start of with those. Most likely if it worked before you disconnected the battery, then its something very small and simple.
