Has anyone ever made a template for the holes for the factory lip off the bumper with precut holes?

I never use the mounting points that require you drill through the face of the bumper. I cut the 'pegs' of the lip so it can sit flush against the bumper. That way if you decide to remove the lip you don't have visible holes drilled in your bumper.

The lips also have 4 mount points that connect to the underside of the bumper - these are the only mount points I use. The pic I listed above of my old car was done this way, and I'm doing the same on my current car with oem kouki levin front bumper and lip.
