check your idle screw on your throttle body. if you cant adust for the high idle then you might want to look into your idle air control valve.

There's a simple way to test the iacv. I described the process in this thread: viewtopic.php?f=9&t=2569&p=14400&hilit=iacv#p14400 . The same process is outlined in the service manual. I had the same problem recently and it was a sticky iacv. It took like 15 minutes of driving for the damn thing to close.
Also check for vacuum leaks. You can just spray brake cleaner on the vacuum lines with the engine running. Listen to see if the idle changes - that will indicate a leak.

OK after i carefully check again.. i actually have a wire pluged in wrong location... and it now idling at 1.2k rpm... but i do have a problem that it a bit irritating ,
every time after i step on the gas peddle .. and when i release it... it take about 2 second before it actually release the rpm... and feel like my engine is still accelerating . but of course i step on my clutch.. it a bit weird.. does any one else have this issue with their car?
i checked the valve connected to iacv it look like it slow to release pressure or too much pressure..
is it like you guy talking about it dirty inside and need a hard cleaning?

My solution, perhaps not for everyone, but it fits my needs perfectly:
